Intensive Residential EMDR
We offer intensive residential attachment- informed EMDR retreats in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Every retreat is tailored to individual personal needs. The retreats are led by Beverley Hutton, who has extensive experience treating complex mental health conditions.
Psychotherapy, CBT, EMDR
We provide a highly qualified trauma-informed psychotherapy service, offering a variety of evidence based psychological interventions for those suffering with complex emotional difficulties. We offer both weekly on-line and in person appointments. Modalities include EMDR, open-ended long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, and a weekly on-line support group, all from a Compassion-focused Therapy approach. In person appointments and intensive EMDR take place in Somerset, whilst our on-line appointments support people these days from around the world.
